Send-Up Best Practices

One thing that I’m able to see clearly from the QA position that others cannot is issues with send-ups. While our builders are great at their job and are constantly creating amazing websites. Our Agents struggle to present clear and concise notes for builders to relay customer’s preferences.

To combat this issue, I created a presentation that I hope to utilize in a training session with Website Specialists. This training focuses on the importance of good notes and illustrates the proper way to notate customer’s likes and dislikes.
