Teaching Call Flow to Improve NPS

Based on 2021 NPS scores, it’s evident that there are some issues that are affecting scores. To tackle this issue, I created a presentation specifically to teach an easy-to-remember call flow.

This call flow not only is geared to improving NPS, but it is also created to align with the WS1 Call Guide Rubric that WS1 will soon be scored on for QA.

To make the call flow easy to remember, I utilized the acronym TACOS.
